Blackfin and Skipjack tunas are very common species in our local waters. To target these fish we troll a small lure or use live bait at one of the many offshore areas where they are known to thrive.

Once on deck the tuna is bled, gutted and placed in a bucket of iced saltwater. this brings the temperature down immediately and preserves the freshness of the meat. The fish is then packed on ice in the cooler until we are back on land and able to process the fillets for your enjoyment.
