WE CATCH OUR YELLOWFIN BY LIVE BAITING AND SPEARFISHING. FOR LIVE BAITING WE THROW HANDFULS OF LIVE SARDINES, WHICH WE NET OFF THE BEACH IN THE MORNING, INTO THE DEEP OFFSHORE WATERS. THIS BRINGS THE TUNA UP FROM THE DEPTHS ALLOWING US TO HOOK OR SHOOT THEM.
