HAWAIIaN YELLOWFIN POKE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
1 pound Yellowfin tuna
POKE MARINADE - 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 cup chopped green onion
SPICY AIOLI - 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
POKE BOWL - 1 large cucumber thinly sliced, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 avocado thinly sliced, handful of seaweed salad, 1 carrot cut into 2 inch strips, 1 large radish thinly sliced, 1/4 chopped green scallions, 1 mango chopped into small cubes, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1.In a large bowl combine the tuna with the marinade ingredients. Leave it to marinade in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
3.Marinade the carrots and radishes in rice vinegar for 45 minutes in the fridge. Drain vinegar and let dry.
4.For the poke bowl, place rice on the bottom, followed by the yellowfin tuna, add the seaweed, veggies and mango. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds. Serve it with the spicy aioli. Enjoy!
